After the redevelopment of the arts centre building at 39 East Essex Street, Dublin, was complete, the inaugural exhibition and exhibitions of new work took place throughout the new building and in the purpose built gallery. Artists who had made work for the Off Site programme were invited to return and work within the programme when the building reopened. The inaugural exhibition, Somewhere Near Vada - Artists and the Moving Image, guest curated by artist Jaki Irvine, was placed throughout the building prior to the final fit-out and staff moving into the offices.
